What is "OFF"

1. Normal users would not be able to request.
2. Exclusive users are able to request.
3. Aurora would continue to give out titles and complete the queue.
   
   

What is "Pause"

1. The queue would not move at all for both Exclusive and Normal users but players are still able to request.
2. Aurora would not process any request on the specific title that is pause.
